I think it looks fine without the cropping the right side (sky and clouds) brings balance to heaviness of the railroad sign. IMO Smile

It's amazing how the fabric and light is distorted through the amber...reminds me of your avatar.

Thanks!
I had problems with the reservoir chamber right from the start. It wasn't holding air pressure - it was sent back to Fox for servicing and everything is okay now.

I have the rp23 on another bike and it feels plusher but the suspenion design is closer to the Remix where is runs parellel with the seat tube.

Since the suspension is aligned with seat stay on the Hectik - I find the DHX air is a firm ride even when the pro pedal is off. Great for pedaling and plush when it needs to be.

Yah, Bernini is intense. I also majored in sculpture - stone but mostly plastics, resins, foam and fibreglass. I got into making these surfboard/snowboard/skateboard/hotrod car culture influenced creations with slick auto body paint jobs.

I wish I had the skills for metal work...the last time I tried welding, one of the caretakers told me I was on fire...I gave him the thumbs up, thinking I was doing a killer job when I realized I was actually on fire, a piece of molten metal landed on my frayed ass jeans and quickly engulfed my leg and lower torso. It was put out quickly, no damage. Everyone in the sculpting dept. got a good laugh...I haven't touched welding since.

I'm curious about the concentric circles behind the figures. Its gotta pop culture, mod sorta feel about it.

Do you like Giovani Bernini?

Thanks obee1! Yes I carved it. It's limestone, same family as marble, just a little softer.

Incredible, yeah softer material can be difficult and tends to break at critical moments. The amber must take forever to get the polish up? Are you using 1000 grit for finishing? If you have a moment I posted one of my limestone pieces in my "fun Stuff" photo album.
